The subject of the public procurement is the purchase and implementation of a new comprehensive security management system consisting of a SIEM system, a network traffic analyzer (NDR), and an XDR/IDR system specified in Annex No. 1 of the Procurement Documents – Technical Specification (hereinafter referred to as the "Technical Specification") into the contracting authority's environment. The subject of the public procurement also includes ensuring maintenance services (maintenance, update, upgrade, and SLA, etc.), training of personnel designated by the contracting authority including the preparation of all related documentation.

The subject of the public procurement is therefore the conclusion of a contract consisting of:
a) Delivery of the SIEM system;
b) Delivery of the network traffic analyzer (NDR);
c) Delivery of the XDR/IDR system;
d) Provision of maintenance services for items a) to c);
e) Training, preparation of documentation, and testing of high availability;
f) Delivery, installation of related hardware, implementation, configuration, and integration of the subject of the public procurement into the contracting authority's environment.
