The procurement involves comprehensive ICT consulting services and expert services necessary for the North Karelia welfare area.

The procurement is divided into two different areas:

LOT-0001
Part 1: ICT Consulting Services.
One (1) Supplier will be selected for the ICT consulting services.

The description of the procurement subject is presented in attachment 1 to the request for proposals, Description of the procurement subject part 1.

The contract period is planned for 1.5.2026 – 30.4.2028, with options from 1.5.2028 to 30.4.2029 and from 1.5.2029 to 30.4.2030.

Part 2: Expert Services.
A maximum of ten (10) suppliers will be selected for service design and management consulting services.

The contract period is planned for 1.5.2026 – 30.4.2028, with options from 1.5.2028 to 30.4.2029 and from 1.5.2029 to 30.4.2030.
