Lot 1: Establishment of the National Central C-ITS Node
The National Central C-ITS Node includes a central C-ITS station (Central C-ITS Station) and an exchange hub. The central C-ITS station formulates the content of messages according to unspecified protocols and scenarios for C-ITS services. Through the National Node, various stakeholders will communicate in a trustworthy manner. In the future, it is expected that more information providers will connect to the system and provide data for various C-ITS services and scenarios. Thus, safety messages and alerts about traffic conditions will be transmitted directly to vehicles from various automotive manufacturers.
Lot 2: Implementation of Mobile Laser Scanning and Determination of Axis Along the Traffic Lane
The goal of the task is to capture and digitize data on the road traffic infrastructure for autonomous driving needs. The task will address the geometry of traffic surfaces at the level of traffic lanes to determine the path of the digital axis along the traffic lane. The digital model of the axis along the traffic lane is part of the digital traffic infrastructure (DPI) NCUP. The results of the task will support new digital services in traffic. The digital model must support navigation, provide information for cooperative information systems in traffic (C-ITS), and in the future enable and support autonomous driving. This public procurement includes capturing data in the field through mobile laser scanning and spherical photography of state roads covering a length of 1,937 km (in both directions; G1, G2, R1, and selected sections of R2).
Lot 3: Establishment of a System for Analyzing Traffic Flows on Public Roads
The main goal of the video analytics system is to improve the data obtained on vehicle movements in free traffic flow on public roads, which will be achieved by analyzing vehicle speed data calculated from flow recordings of existing traffic monitoring cameras. The main outcome of this public procurement will be the development of a software solution for dynamically calculating the speed of vehicles from the flow recording provided by traffic monitoring cameras. The calculated data will be integrated into the client's existing mass data management platform for vehicle tracking in real time (FCD platform).
