Description:
Power distribution cabinets with multiple charging points, distributor boxes, and a load management system are required for electric commercial vehicles at the Forsthaus energy center, with specific technical and operational requirements to be met.

For the electric commercial vehicles, Entsorgung + Recycling requires power distribution cabinets with at least 6 charging points each, distributor boxes for the individual vehicles, and a load management system (software) in the two parking halls in the Forsthaus energy center. The power distribution cabinets must meet the following requirements:
· Suitable for use in depots (municipal workshops) with fixed, schedulable charging times.
· Suitable for 24/7 use in a frost-protected environment (hall, tent).
· Suitable for normal charging and fast charging of individual vehicles.
· Equipped with LAN, WLAN and mobile communications (at least 4G).

The distributor boxes for the individual vehicles must be compatible with CCS charging cables of 5 m, 7 m and optionally 10 m length. The boxes must have at least IP54 protection. Wall mounting is generally planned. Optionally, ceiling mounting with a cable reel with a 7 m long cable is to be offered.

Assembly (without electrical installation) of the power distribution cabinets and distributor boxes must be carried out by the supplier. Commissioning will be performed by the supplier and must be documented. The electrical installations will be tendered separately and are not part of the scope of services. However, the software for load management must be offered.

Since Energie Wasser Bern will build a new building on the site of the Forsthaus energy center from July 2027, the distribution cabinets and boxes of the north parking hall must be housed in a temporary structure (heated tent) and will only be installed in the parking hall after approximately 3 years of construction. The distribution cabinets and boxes for the east parking hall can be installed at the final location upon delivery. The installation of the infrastructure must take place no later than early June 2027.

For the software, it is important that not all vehicles are charged simultaneously but that the entire available time (approximately 4 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.) is utilized. In addition, the system must automatically restart and send a notification in case of a power or network failure. The software must also meet the following requirements:
· Locally installed hardware/software solution, also web-based, that controls charging processes locally.
· Autonomous functionality of the system even in the event of internet failure or disruption.
· Unlimited scalability when retrofitting additional charging points.
· Immediate release of the charging process after successful authentication.
· Online access (web UI) via desktop computers and mobile devices.
· Language selection German.
· Display of energy consumption per vehicle live and retrospectively.
· Evaluations and statistics on energy consumption, charging processes, and efficiency per vehicle as well as comparison possibilities between vehicles.
· Export of consumption and charging data (e.g., CSV or Excel).
· Guarantee that the software will be actively supported for at least five years after acceptance of the installation (delivery of security patches, adaptation to new versions of surrounding systems, fixing functional errors, etc.).

The detailed technical requirements can be found in the specification attached. The specification must be fully completed without references to additional documents.

No product, brand, design, or type designations are used. If such designations are exceptionally listed, equivalent alternatives are allowed. Equivalence must be demonstrated by the supplier.
