The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of selected software and hardware solutions to achieve the objectives of the project "Enhancement of Cybersecurity in the City of Lovosice", registration number: CZ.31.2.0/0.0/0.0/23_093/0008380, financed through call no. 41 "Cybersecurity - Municipalities" of the National Recovery Plan. The fulfillment also includes services related to the delivery, installation and configuration, setting and consolidation of rules and permissions related to the subject of delivery and its future operation in the contracting authority's technological environment and training of the contracting authority's employees (IT administrators). Furthermore, the subject of the public procurement includes standard warranty service and support for the delivered hardware/software solution and any additional performances related to the aforementioned delivery in accordance with the requirements specified by the contracting authority in the procurement documentation.

LOT-0001
Part 01: Network and Perimeter Protection.
The subject of fulfillment in part 01 of the public procurement is the delivery and installation of a solution including a firewall, switches, authentication authority, mobile tokens and a VPN solution with central management. This includes the delivery and implementation of all devices, their configuration and mutual orchestration in the contracting authority's technological environment. Additionally, the provision of a warranty, warranty and technical support from the manufacturer for a period of 60 months is included. LOT-0002
Part 02: Antivirus.
The subject of fulfillment in part 02 of the public procurement is the delivery and deployment of a tool to protect 140 endpoints and 40 servers from malicious code with extended capabilities for responding to security incidents (Endpoint Detection & Response - EDR or eXtended Detection & Response - XDR) for a period of 60 months. The solution must consist of a single agent installed on endpoints and centralized management through one web console allowing comprehensive administration. The agent must not require a connection to the cloud or to central management for providing protection against malicious code. This includes the delivery and implementation of the entire solution, its configuration and mutual orchestration in the contracting authority's technological environment. Additionally, the provision of a warranty, warranty and technical support from the manufacturer for a period of 60 months is included. Part 3: Redundant Infrastructure.
The subject of fulfillment in part 03 of the public procurement is the delivery and establishment of a DR site and securing against modern threats. As part of the modernization, expansion, and securing of the IT infrastructure of the contracting authority's office, the delivery of technological units is required: A) Log collection and analysis, and B) Modernization of backups and establishment of a DR site including LAN infrastructure, software for server virtualization, and backup software. The contracting authority, based on the impact analysis conducted, excludes from the fulfillment of the public procurement hardware from manufacturers listed in the "Warning" from NÚKIB dated December 17, 2018, file number 350-647/2025-E110-536/2018, ref. no. 6159/2025-NÚKIB-E/3503012/2018-NUKIB-E/110". This includes the delivery and implementation of the entire solution of the supplied infrastructure. Additionally, the provision of a warranty, warranty and technical support from the manufacturer for a period of 60 months is included.
