1. The subject of the order includes:
- delivery, installation, commissioning of magnetic resonance imaging, and training of personnel,
- positioning of the modular laboratory and connecting it with a link to the existing hospital building,
- reconstruction of access roads, fire roads, hardened paths, and other work related to land development.
2. The subject of the order is described in detail in attachments 1a and 1b to the SWZ.
3. The contracting authority does not allow for partial offers.
Reason for the lack of division into parts:
The delivery by a single contractor is the optimal solution for technical, organizational, and financial reasons.
Implementation of the order by different contractors would involve difficulties in coordinating individual works, as well as enforcing any claims resulting from improper execution of contracts.
4. The subject of the order is to be financed from the financial resources of the Greater Poland Voivodeship.
