The subject of this tender is the project management for the general planning and construction of charging infrastructure for electric buses as well as the renewal of traffic areas and the creation of a needs assessment for subsequent basic maintenance and reorganization of the administration and canteen area, as well as all other planning and construction measures in connection with the overall project based on AHO publication series No. 9, as of March 2020, and No. 19, as of 2018.

The individual services to be provided by the project manager consist of basic and special services of the respective contract stages and are listed in the following for the various services in the annex price sheet in tabular form. This includes the services of risk management, project space/project management system/task management, coordination, information, organizational and project manual, BIM (Building Information Modeling), decision management, interface management, reporting, quality and quantity optimization, costs/financing/accounting, deadlines/capacities, contract management services of involved professionals, file management, etc.
