TGA AG 1 Green Ring.
For the project area, the continuation of the specialist planning for technical equipment, system group 1, LP (6) 7-9 according to HOAI 2021 for sewage facilities and water facilities is required. This includes substantially partial services of service phases 7 and 8 as well as an incorporation into the relevant services of service phases 1-6 of the previous specialist planning. If necessary, service phase 6 for some sub-areas should also be commissioned. The focus of the work will be in the area of object supervision or construction supervision. The specialist planning for technical equipment should be handed over to a specialist office with a focus on procurement and construction supervision for further implementation after the completion of the previous service phase. The further implementation of the technical equipment should be carried out in close coordination with the commissioned landscape architect as well as the municipal offices involved (including the green space office, municipal real estate management, and the city drainage). The provision of services is expected to begin immediately after the award of the contract - presumably in the second/third quarter of 2026. A physical implementation is primarily intended to be carried out between 2026 and 2029. Further planning and construction phases (sub-area Urban Gardening and South-East) will be implemented in the following years. Further details can be found in the tender documents.
