Within industrial research conducted in Stage 2 of the Project, concerning the determination of relationships between selected player data and the level of riskiness of their gambling on gambling platforms, and their use to improve the accuracy of diagnoses generated by the preliminary AI model: i. Expert substantive support in selecting the most appropriate strategies for including additional data sources about users to improve the accuracy of classification of gambling platform users based on the risk of addiction according to activities performed in gambling games. ii. Conceptualization of software and hardware infrastructure in relation to the requirements and specificity of the research area. iii. Designing critical areas of the system. iv. Expert substantive support during implementation, evaluation, and development of AI solutions enabling the inclusion of additional user data sources to improve the classification accuracy of players' addiction risk based on their gambling activities. b. Within the experimental development works conducted in Stage 3 of the Project, concerning the development of a prototype system for automatic diagnosis generation of gambling platform users and its real-world testing: conducting iterative research work to improve the AI technology model used in the prototype system for automatic diagnosis generation and its real-world testing. 5. The services must be performed in cooperation with personnel indicated by the Contracting Authority. In particular: a. Senior Data Engineer responsible for research processes related to processing, storage, and analysis of big data sets. v. Senior Cloud Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure for developed AI technologies and ensuring data and system security. vi. ML/AI Engineer responsible for research work related to AI model design and development. vii. Senior Developer responsible for designing and developing research (diagnostic) applications and integration mechanisms between systems. viii. Quality Assurance Expert responsible for ensuring the quality of all research applications developed in the project. ix. R&D Manager responsible for managing the research team and scientific supervision of team members. b. The Project is based on joint, parallel work of the persons indicated in point 5a, within three Stages: i. Stage 1 concerning conducting industrial research to develop a preliminary AI model for diagnosing gambling platform users' addiction risk based on their gambling activities, carried out from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2026. This stage has been completed. ii. Stage 2 concerning conducting industrial research to determine relations between selected player data and the risk level of their gambling on platforms, and to use this to improve diagnostic accuracy generated by the preliminary AI model, carried out from February 1, 2025, to March 31, 2027. iii. Stage 3 concerning conducting experimental development works for developing a prototype system for automatic diagnosis generation for gambling platform users and testing in real-world conditions, carried out from February 1, 2027, to September 30, 2027. 6. The Contractor commits to perform the services with due diligence as understood under Article 355 of the Civil Code. 7. The Contractor must ensure appropriate time availability and a minimum monthly readiness level for contract execution. The Contractor must be ready to provide services at least 168 hours per month. Declaration of readiness to provide at least 168 hours monthly does not mean services will be rendered for at least 168 hours every month during the contract term. However, the Contractor must be ready to provide services for such minimum hours each month, subject to the condition specified in Section V.5 of Tender Inquiry No. 1/10/2026/COP. If the Contractor assigns more than one person to perform the contract, the readiness requirement of at least 168 hours per month applies to the total readiness of all assigned persons, with no minimum monthly readiness prescribed per individual. This readiness requirement means the Contractor’s capacity to provide services in the stated hours if required by the Contracting Authority. It is not an obligation for the Contracting Authority to order 168 hours of services monthly, nor a basis for claiming remuneration for mere readiness.
Scope of service provision: 1. Services will be provided in a total amount not exceeding 2500 hours. The indicated maximum of 2500 hours is solely an upper limit of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not guarantee a minimum number of hours to the Contractor. The actual number of hours depends on the progress and needs of research and development work and contract execution. The Contractor has no claim for ordering a specific number of hours or remuneration for unused maximum hours. 2. As of the initiation date, the Contracting Authority plans up to 1250 hours within Stage 2 and up to 1250 hours within Stage 3. The distribution of hours among Stages is indicative and may change according to the rules specified in Section III.5 of Tender Inquiry No. 1/10/2026/COP.
