The municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel is looking for three parties to collaboratively develop a municipal environmental plan for the municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel in accordance with the requirements outlined in this tender request and associated documents. This municipal environmental plan must be approved by our municipal council before December 19, 2031. We would like to enter into a framework agreement with 3 contractors. The framework agreement will commence on September 1, 2026, and will run until December 19, 2031. The maximum amount of this framework agreement for the total assignment is € 850,000, excluding VAT. Once this amount is reached, this framework agreement will expire, even if the end date of this framework agreement has not yet been reached.

The assignment is divided into 8 sub-assignments that will be allocated through the framework agreements.
