1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Service Provider to the Ordering Party of SOC (Security Operations Center) services for a period of 36 months, involving continuous monitoring of the infrastructure indicated by the Ordering Party (edge devices, infrastructure scanning solutions, user management module, database servers, virtual Linux and Windows servers, EDR) and responding to cybersecurity incidents detected during monitoring or reported by the Ordering Party.
2. As part of the implementation of the SOC service, the Ordering Party requires the execution of the following activities and deliveries:
a) Delivery, implementation, and installation of the SIEM system
b) Delivery and implementation of a password manager.
c) Provision of Security Operations Center (SOC) service, which includes handling notifications, continuous monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to incidents for a minimum period of 36 months.
3. Detailed conditions for the execution of the contract subject are included in Appendix No. 2 - List of minimum functionalities and in the draft agreement which is Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, which is an integral part of this documentation and the provisions contained therein are considered as the conditions for awarding the contract.
