The subject of the order is the service of implementing a communication campaign regarding European Funds for Greater Poland, which includes the following tasks:
1) Comprehensive management of social media: Facebook, platform X, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn;
2) Managing paid campaigns within social media: Facebook, Instagram, platform X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and in the context of online activities;
3) Production of podcasts (lasting approximately 10-15 minutes, totaling 24 episodes);
4) Film production (2 spots and 1 film);
5) Conducting paid online campaigns for promotional spots;
6) Production and publication of a series on European Funds;
7) Organization of the event “How much connects us”;
8) Preparation and publication of press and online articles;
9) Preparation of graphic materials;
10) Outdoor campaign;
11) Providing campaign Ambassadors/Content Creators;
12) Broadcasting of two spots on television;
13) Broadcasting of the series about Funds on television;
14) Production of two 30-second video advertisements for broadcasting in public transport;
15) Broadcasting of two 30-second video advertisements in public transport;
16) Photography and video/reportage photography;
17) Additional promotional activities – proposed by the Contractor in the offer.
The remaining conditions for the execution of the order have been specified in the Description of the subject of the order (OPZ), which is Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ and in the Draft terms of the contract (PPU), which constitutes Attachment No. 3 to the SWZ.
