Procurement and provision of an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Tool.
The Leibniz Supercomputing Centre of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences (LRZ) operates an integrated service and information security management system. It is based on the internationally recognized standards ISO/IEC 20000-1 and ISO/IEC 27001.
As part of this procurement procedure, an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Tool will be acquired to support the operation and implementation of the integrated management system. This ESM tool is to be provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud platform.
Furthermore, the LRZ is to be supported in the commissioning and introduction of this ESM tool as part of an implementation project.
