The subject of the contract is the delivery of 7 pieces of brand new electric low-floor city buses with a minimum length of 17.8 m along with equipment and other elements specified in the Terms of Reference and the Agreement in accordance with this SWZ (hereinafter: "Contracting Authority’s Requirements") and up to 16 pieces of buses with a minimum length of 17.8 m and 2 pieces of buses with a length from 10.0 m to 11.00 m. under the option right within the meaning of Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law in case the Contracting Authority activates the reserved option right in accordance with the provisions of point 4.10 SWZ.
