The subject of the public procurement is the provision of services in research, development, and innovation for the solution of a security research project within the SecPro Program according to § 2 para. 2 letter g) of Act No. 130/2002 Sb. on the support of research, experimental development, and innovations from public funds and on the amendment of certain related acts, as amended, aimed at searching for and analyzing websites with harmful content. This content is used to commit criminal acts, whether in the area of fraud, incitement to hatred, spreading false information, or crimes against the constitutional order of the Czech Republic. With the development of modern technologies, the number of such websites is increasing exponentially, and police authorities are thus overwhelmed by dealing with the aforementioned criminal activities. The requested tool should comprehensively facilitate and enhance the detection and investigation of criminal activities committed in virtual environments.
