The object of the contract concerns the modernization of public transport:
- purchase of new electric buses (10 pieces), of medium capacity (10 m) and associated systems, intended for public passenger transport, to improve the efficiency of public transport, frequency and journey times, accessibility and transfer from private transport by car,
- purchase of slow charging stations for electric buses(10 pcs.),
- purchase of fast charging stations for electric buses (4 pcs.);
according to the specifications described in the Specification – section 3.4 "Description of the requested products and ancillary operations necessary to be performed".
Note: in the Tender Documentation, where the technical specifications indicate a certain origin, source, production, a special process, a factory or trade mark, a patent, a manufacturing license, standard, they are mentioned only for easy identification of the type of product/service and do NOT have the effect of favoring or eliminating certain economic operators or certain products/services. Those specifications shall therefore be deemed to be marked 'or equivalent'.
The supplier has the obligation to deliver, install, assemble and put into operation all delivered equipment / systems. The supplier shall carry out training of the user's maintenance and repair personnel, as well as authorization of personnel by the manufacturer's representative to carry out maintenance, maintenance and repair work.
Estimated value: 23,461,020 lei excluding VAT.

The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
