The subject of the public procurement contract is the delivery and provision of an X-ray system for urological applications in the form of a lease, including accessories (hereinafter referred to as "medical technology" or "MT") for the Urology Clinic of FN Ostrava. The leased MT will be delivered, including accessories, to the location designated by the contracting authority. Subsequently, the necessary tests will be conducted, the operating personnel will be trained, and the MT will be officially handed over for use. Throughout the lease period, mandatory inspections and tests will be carried out (including tests defined for sources of ionizing radiation under the Atomic Act in its applicable version), as well as all repairs and maintenance to ensure smooth and trouble-free operation, in the form of so-called "full service." The leased item, medical technology, must be new, undamaged, and fully functional for its medical purpose, providing healthcare.
