The subject of this public procurement is "Construction of a control center for monitoring and management of intelligent transport systems". In this sense, the aim of the public procurement is the overall planning, construction, and maintenance of a control center for monitoring and management of ITS systems across the national road network, by establishing and designating rooms for the needs of the Control Center, developing IT infrastructure, integrating a management system with the appropriate licensing, creating functional operator workstations and a video wall, developing an external integration layer and connecting the current ITS systems of API. The control center aims to consolidate information from the currently built ITS systems, modernize their real-time control, provide adequate extracts for decision-making concerning road safety and accident prevention, and establish a stable foundation for the construction of new modern ITS systems.
In the execution of this public procurement, the following activities should be realized:
• Activity 1: Systematic and logical design and preparation of a technical project for work premises
• Activity 2: Construction and designation of rooms for the needs of the Control Center for monitoring and management of ITS.
- Construction of necessary partition walls to designate a working room, server room, and rest room.
- Construction of an electrical panel and electrical installation for the needs of the control center.
- Structured cabling for the computer network, video surveillance system, access control system, fire alarm system, security system, etc.
- Construction of a suspended ceiling with included lighting fixtures.
- Repair and painting of the room walls and the adjacent corridor.
- Construction of a separate climate control system for the server room, tailored to the room size.
- Construction of a security system;
• Activity 3: Delivery of IT equipment and commissioning, including the construction of server and network infrastructure, creation of workstations and construction of a video wall.
