The contracting authority intends to procure one unit of a next-generation sequencing platform with the parameters specified in the technical description for this procedure.

Procurement of a next-generation sequencing platform.
Only new, unused devices (not even for demonstration purposes) that comply with European directives and the corresponding Hungarian legal regulations and standards harmonizing them, as well as ensuring service and spare part supply within Hungary will be acceptable. The bidder must provide a full warranty for the equipment for 12 months from successful delivery. This means that: - The repair and maintenance service must be provided free of charge by the bidder during the warranty period. - During the warranty period, the bidder will provide the necessary spare parts for maintenance and repair. The bidder is obligated to supply the parts used for warranty repairs free of charge to the contracting authority. The installed parts must meet the manufacturer's specifications. The availability of spare parts for the offered product must be guaranteed for at least 5 years from delivery, which must be confirmed by the bidder. Tasks to be performed during the contract period include: delivery, installation, testing, handover, user-level training (for a maximum of 4 participants, minimum duration of 4 hours), followed by a joint run of a flow-cell. The contractual amount must include: - the price of the offered device and its accessories, - all costs related to import and marketing (customs, taxes, fees, required permits, etc.), - transportation fees, - installation fees, including any necessary materials and equipment, - user-level training fees, - as well as any other costs arising in connection with proper fulfillment of the contract. The contracting authority reminds bidders that the technical parameters listed in the technical description represent the minimum technical requirements of the contracting authority, and the contracting authority will also accept technical parameters that are equivalent (or better). The equivalence must be proven by the bidder in accordance with Section VII of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.) in their bid. With respect to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), we would like to remind bidders that references to specific brands, origins, types of goods, procedures, activities, persons, patents, or trademarks as specified in the procurement notice and the procurement documents were made for the clear and understandable definition of the subject of the procurement, and the wording 'or equivalent' should always be understood in conjunction with any denomination.
