The subject of the contract is the execution in the "design and build" system of the full range of works, including the development of complete design documentation, execution of construction works, supply, assembly, and commissioning of the electric bus charging infrastructure, and then handing it over for operation—within the existing bus depot of the Municipal Transport Company Ltd. at Chemiczna Street 8 in Zielona Góra, on plot no. 44/4, cadastral district 3, cadastral unit 086201_1.

The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft Contractual Terms (PPU), and in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Offer Form. The documents indicated in the preceding sentence will be treated as mutually complementing and explaining each other in the sense that, in the event of any ambiguities or multi-meanings in their content, neither Party may refer to this circumstance to limit its obligations or the scope of required diligence.
