The project involves designing and implementing a multi-agent AI platform for the city of Brno, integrating public communication and internal automation processes, along with deploying chatbots and AI agents, ensuring scalability and high service availability.

The subject of this public procurement is the design, implementation, deployment, and subsequent operation of a universal multi-agent AI platform provided as a service operated locally on-premise, which integrates communication scenarios towards the public as well as internal automation processes of the statutory city of Brno within a common administrative interface. The supplier will ensure the complete delivery of redundant hardware and software for on-premise installation in the contracting authority's environment, with the solution designed for seamless operation for at least three years without the need for further server expansion. As part of the delivery, the implementation of intelligent chatbots for the main city website and the district websites that are on the production web platform is included, the creation of internal AI agents, such as an AI concierge or voicebot, and the setup of automated workflows utilizing advanced language models (LLM) with high relevance for the Czech language. The entire system must be designed as scalable and open for future expansions to include new types of AI agents and more modern language models. A detailed technical analysis will also be performed as part of the delivery, ensuring the migration of the existing knowledge base, creating an intuitive interface for content managers, providing staff training, and guaranteeing high service availability with a defined response time for faults. A detailed specification of the subject of the public procurement, including technical conditions in details necessary for processing offers, is included in the annexes of the tender documentation.
