The Infrastructure and Services Directorate intends to purchase low-voltage electricity as an eligible consumer, through negotiated procedures and regulated services for the transport and distribution of electricity, for the consumption points included in Annex 1 and Annex 2 of the Specifications. A framework agreement for the supply of electricity is desired for a period of 42 months from 01.11.2025 to 30.04.2029. Note: The number of days until clarification requests can be submitted before the deadline for bid submissions: 19. Insofar as clarification requests or additional information have been submitted by economic operators within the stipulated timeframe, the contracting authority's response will be sent no later than the 11th day before the bid submission deadline, at which time the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information.

The quantities of electricity consumed monthly may be unequal, depending on the consumption recorded in the system, and the total quantity for each type of product may differ from the requested one.
