Midlothian Council is seeking to procure a comprehensive and integrated Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Cyber Incident Response (CIR) service from a single, experienced supplier, where these services form part of their core business. The goal is to establish a long-term partnership that enhances the Council's cyber resilience through continuous monitoring, early threat detection, rapid incident response, and expert support in recovering from cyber incidents. This service will play a critical role in protecting the Council's digital infrastructure, maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and standards, and ensuring continuity of services to citizens
