1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting of the implementation of a Security Operations Center for continuous monitoring of threats and cybersecurity breaches 24/7 as part of the project titled: “Accelerating Digital Transformation Processes at the County Hospital in Zawiercie” under Investment D1.1.2 “Accelerating Digital Transformation Processes in Healthcare through Further Development of Digital Services in Healthcare under the National Reconstruction Plan (KPO)”.
2. The contractor is obliged to provide SOC (Security Operations Center) services, involving monitoring, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents in a service model (the service provider ensures the required infrastructure, software, and necessary resources on their side), along with the implementation, launch, and maintenance of a SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) system.
3. A detailed description of the service and the terms of service are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ Technical Specification/Specific Requirements Form.
4. The service will be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
5. The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with current legal provisions on information security, in particular:
a) The Act of July 5, 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System along with subsequent amendments and implementing acts issued on its basis, regarding the services included in this OPZ,
b) The Regulation of the Minister of Digitalization of December 4, 2019 on organizational and technical conditions for entities providing cybersecurity services and internal organizational structures of essential service operators responsible for cybersecurity.
6. The contractor will conduct training for 4 administrators of the Ordering Party on the operation of the SIEM system, including the use of dashboards and ticketing systems as well as other services and modules that influence the monitoring, analysis, and handling of security incidents.
7. The Ordering Party anticipates the cancellation of the procedure if the public funds intended to finance the whole or part of the contract are not allocated.
