Brief description and scope of the procurement:
The subject of this public procurement includes the delivery of waste containers for the needs of the municipal enterprise "Cleanliness", Panagyurishte. The containers planned for delivery per the separate lots are as follows:
The subject of separate lot No. 1 includes the delivery of plastic containers for mixed municipal waste with a lid with a volume of at least 1100 l and warranty maintenance for the removal of established warranty defects and/or damages and/or non-conformities and/or defects (apparent or hidden), full replacement of defective parts or defective containers for the duration of the warranty commitment. The number of plastic containers for mixed municipal waste with a lid with a volume of at least 1100 l will be determined based on the lowest unit price offered by a participant in the procedure, up to the maximum allowable value of separate lot No. 1.
The subject of separate lot No. 2 includes the delivery of plastic bins for mixed municipal waste with a volume of at least 120 l and warranty maintenance for the removal of established warranty defects and/or damages and/or non-conformities and/or defects (apparent or hidden), full replacement of defective parts or defective containers for the duration of the warranty commitment. The number of plastic bins for mixed municipal waste with a volume of at least 120 l will be determined based on the lowest unit price offered by a participant in the procedure, up to the maximum allowable value of separate lot No. 2.
The subject of separate lot No. 3 includes the delivery of metal containers for construction waste with a volume of at least 7 m3 and warranty maintenance for the removal of established warranty defects and/or damages and/or non-conformities and/or defects (apparent or hidden), full replacement of defective parts or defective containers for the duration of the warranty commitment. The number of metal containers for construction waste with a volume of at least 7 m3 will be determined based on the lowest unit price offered by a participant in the procedure, up to the maximum allowable value of separate lot No. 3.
The subject of separate lot No. 4 includes the delivery of a concrete waste bin with a metal lid and warranty maintenance for the removal of established warranty defects and/or damages and/or non-conformities and/or defects (apparent or hidden), full replacement of defective parts or defective containers for the duration of the warranty commitment – estimated quantity 25 pcs.
The subject of separate lot No. 5 includes the delivery of a solar smart waste container and warranty maintenance for the removal of established warranty defects and/or damages and/or non-conformities and/or defects (apparent or hidden), full replacement of defective parts or defective containers for the duration of the warranty commitment - 2 pcs.
The subject of separate lot No. 6 includes the delivery of a waste stand.

According to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, Separate Lot 4 with a total estimated value of the separate lot of 20,830.00 BGN excluding VAT; Separate Lot 5 with an estimated value of the separate lot of 18,330.00 BGN excluding VAT and Separate Lot 6 with an estimated value of the separate lot of 1,000.00 BGN excluding VAT; and the total estimated value of the three separate lots amounting to 40,160.00 BGN excluding VAT, planned as separate lots in this procurement, will be assigned according to their individual value - through a direct contract, since the value of the respective separate lot does not exceed the sum of 156,464 BGN and at the same time the total estimated value of the three separate lots assigned this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the procurement.

To implement the activities under Article 62 of the Local Taxes and Fees Act, the municipal enterprise "Cleanliness", Panagyurishte needs technical equipment to carry out the above-described services.
