Description:
The project involves the delivery, assembly, and commissioning of electrical installations for E-bus charging infrastructure at two BVG depots in Berlin, including the setup of charging stations, transformers, and necessary secondary technology.

The present tender for Lot 8c includes the delivery, assembly, and commissioning of the entire electrical installations including the necessary exhaust systems within the construction structures of the charging houses or the carport provided by the contractor, up to the charging hoods attached to the contractor-provided girders for the aforementioned charging points and the fast charging stations (HPCs). Interfaces for this tender are the cable terminations of the supplying MSP cables on the supply side and the E-bus charging hoods of the "Schunk" system on the outgoing side.

On KLS: Eight contractor-provided charging houses are to be equipped electrically with, among other things, 4-5 medium voltage cells each, 2-3 transformers 1600 kVA, 10 - 15 low-voltage fields, and corresponding connection and secondary technology, with DC chargers for 22 - 28 depot charging points (150 kW) and up to 2 fast charging stations (HPCs, 300 kW charging capacity). In total, 200 depot charging spots and 8 HPCs.

On RLS: A contractor-provided carport is to be equipped electrically with, among other things, 4 medium voltage cells, 2 transformers 2000 kVA, 11 low-voltage fields, and corresponding connection and secondary technology, with DC chargers for 32 depot charging points (150 kW). In addition, 3 separately arranged fast charging stations (HPCs, 300 kW charging capacity) are to be constructed and connected.
In total, 32 depot charging spots and 3 HPCs.

LOT-0000
Establishment of Network and Charging Infrastructure / BVG Depot South-East / Köpenicker Landstraße, Rummelsburger Landstraße.
Delivery, assembly, electrical connection, and commissioning of electrical installations for the E-bus charging infrastructure at the newly established BVG depots in Berlin-Treptow-Köpenick, Köpenicker Landstraße 297 (KLS) and Rummelsburger Landstraße 100 (RLS).

The BVG is establishing a depot network on both sides of the Minna-Todenhagen Bridge in the district of Treptow-Köpenick for the stationing of battery electric line buses, consisting of the service and charging location Köpenicker Landstraße 297 (approx. 4.4 ha) and the workshop location Rummelsburger Landstraße 100 (approx. 2.1 ha).

Both locations will be electrically supplied by Stromnetz Berlin with a 10 kV transfer station each. The connection capacities amount to 13.5 MVA per depot section.
The establishment and commissioning of these transfer stations including the installation of medium voltage cables to the E-bus charging infrastructures dealt with in this tender are included in Lots 8a (KLS) and 8b (RLS) and are not part of this tender.

The present tender for Lot 8c includes the delivery, assembly, and commissioning of the entire electrical installations including the necessary exhaust systems within the construction structures of the charging houses or the carport provided by the contractor, up to the charging hoods attached to the contractor-provided girders for these aforementioned charging points and the fast charging stations (HPCs).

The secondary technology required for the secure operation of the ÜGS, such as station control technology, secured control and auxiliary power supply, lighting, and power facilities as well as the delivery of all necessary station accessories is part of the tender.

The E-bus charging infrastructure to be set up requires a load and charging management system and must meet detailed requirements for the bus charging technology (e.g., preconditioning according to VDV 261, interface to depot management VDV 463) as well as BVG specifications on IT security. The load and charging management system is optionally included in the tender. This LV position as well as the training of operating personnel is an optional position.

By concluding a separate service contract, the compliant operation for at least 3 years is ensured. The client can extend the contract twice for another twelve months. The maximum duration of the contract is five years.

The planning for the services described here has been completed. Based on this, the contractor must create a workshop and assembly planning and submit it to the BVG.

For all works, services, and materials, the current EN, DIN, and VDE standards, the technical conditions of Stromnetz Berlin GmbH, and the state of the art apply. The documentation must be provided generally according to VDE 0100, VOB Part C DIN 18382 as well as RBBau Section H. All labeling and documentation as well as the project communication must be in German.

Further details on the scope of services can be found in the performance description and its appendices. The performance description and its appendices will only be made available after the "Confidentiality Obligation_BVG BVSO" has been completed, signed, and sent to the client via applicant message in AI.
