The subject of the procurement is a medical device: “Digital mammograph with stereotactic option” for the needs of the Clinical Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology of KBC Osijek, including the delivery of medical equipment, installation, and putting the device into full operational function, training users on how to handle and operate the equipment, and regular maintenance of the equipment during the warranty period of a minimum duration of 24 (twenty-four) months.

Providers are obliged to offer the subject of procurement in accordance with the requirements and needs of the Contracting Authority described in the Cost Estimate of the subject procurement. Contractual obligations include installation, putting the device into full operational function, training the staff of the contracting authority on how to handle and operate the equipment (lasting for 8 (eight) working days which will be conducted in 3 (three) phases on the premises of the contracting authority as follows:
- Basic training (introduction to the device and working procedure),
- Training for contrast mammography,
- Training for conducting biopsies.
The duly executed handover of the delivered subject of procurement will be completed by the supplier no later than the date of 01.12.2025. The deadline for fully fulfilling all contractual obligations (complete servicing and maintenance with all spare parts of the device for operations in full function) lasts until the expiration of the agreed warranty period of a minimum of 24 (twenty-four) months.
