The subject of this procurement procedure is the establishment of a Framework Agreement containing the contractual conditions for the execution of individual partial contracts for the provision of consulting services. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with a maximum of six (6) participants. The Contracting Authority will order the execution based on the framework agreement, in the manner specified therein, at all times and to the extent of its current needs. The Contracting Authority is not obligated to utilize the execution from the framework agreement.
The services will be provided in the following areas:
- management consulting; strategic consulting; support for the management of the Contracting Authority in creating the strategic agenda of the Contracting Authority; support in managing selected teams and projects; support in implementing the strategic agenda of the Contracting Authority; consulting on the integration of activities of individual organizations within the scope of the Contracting Authority;
- providing benchmarks, case studies, and examples of best practices; analytical support in solving specific tasks;
- preparation of project documentation, its updates, and revisions;
- business analysis and business architecture of newly prepared or modified AIS;
- consulting in the area of redesigning individual processes carried out by the Contracting Authority and their optimization;
- support for creating strategies for the development of individual agenda systems and the information concept of the MPSV resort;
- communication with the relevant departments of the Contracting Authority regarding their requirements for the development of IT systems and transformation into a structured form of business assignment;
- support for implementation teams during the execution of the assignment; and
- support for the testing team in preparing testing scenarios and testing data.
