This procurement procedure aims to procure a complete system consisting of a maritime suitable Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) in helicopter configuration (as a carrier platform for a payload provided by the client) and a vehicle (box van) as a Mobile Ground Control Station (MGCS). The MGCS serves to control and maintain the UAV and generally to carry out flight operations. The specific further services to be provided consist of:
- Integration work on the UAV and specific expansion of the MGCS
- Delivery of transport and storage containers (TULBs)
- Flight and technical training
- Service and support services
The UAV must comply with the following requirements, among others:
- Execution of the UAV in helicopter configuration
- With a pure payload (without fuel) of at least 20 kg, the following parameters for flight time and cruising speed must be met: at least 3 hours at an altitude of at least 300 m above ground, with a cruising speed of at least 70 km/h IAS (Indicated Air Speed)
- The UAV must be transportable in the MGCS (box van) concerning its dimensions
- Suitability for operation in saline air (marine air)
The delivery and expansion of the MGCS includes, among other things, the following points:
- Delivery of a box van as a transporter
- Expansion of the cargo area with two workplaces for carrying out flight operations
- Installation of a shelving system
- Securing options for the transport securing of the UAV
- Equipping with external power supply
The overall service constitutes one lot.
