1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, configuration, and commissioning of the 'Information System' along with the delivery, installation, and configuration of the necessary hardware infrastructure and basic software required for the proper functioning of the system.
2. The 'Information System' is understood as the software delivered to the Ordering Party by the Contractor based on a license, including the 'AI System', an Assistant verifying applications under the Priority Program Clean Air, a tool supporting the process of formal and substantive assessment of applications for funding and payment requests, particularly through the automatic analysis, organization, and preliminary classification of data contained in the application, along with the AI Tool for automatic response generation (AGO) and the AI Tool for document anonymization.
3. The general functionality of the Assistant includes support in the assessment process through the implementation of solutions that automate repetitive tasks and aid decision-making based on criteria included in checklists. The general functionality of the Assistant also assumes the use of new technologies, including language models and automation and decision support systems, while ensuring compliance with current legal regulations, especially with GDPR, the AI Act, and programming guidelines. The goal is to minimize the risk of errors resulting from the necessity of manual verification of a large number of documents and to increase the efficiency of the assessment process.
4. Provision of technical support for the offered product.
5. The Contractor is obliged to conduct comprehensive training on the operation and administration of the delivered software for employees indicated by the Ordering Party. The training must be conducted in Polish by individuals with the necessary knowledge regarding the offered system.
6. The Ordering Party is entitled to exercise the option of modifying and expanding the Information System for a maximum of 1000 man-hours. Modifications to the System are understood as changes to the Information System aimed at its development, including handling the verification of applications from other Programs and Competitions announced by the Ordering Party.
