The subject of the order is the design, construction, and commissioning of the Intelligent Transport System in Konin (hereinafter referred to as the "ITS System") in connection with the implementation of the project titled: "Low-Emission Public Transport in the Konin Subregion" - Intelligent Transport System in Konin (ITS Konin). The order is carried out using the "design and build" formula, thus consisting of two basic stages: the design stage and the implementation stage. The initial design stage should fully incorporate the technology proposed by the Contractor regarding the ITS System.
