The subject of this procurement is information security and cybersecurity services ("Services") to be provided for Gasgrid Finland Oy ("Contracting Authority") and its subsidiaries Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy and Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy. The Contracting Authority is seeking one (1) professional service provider to deliver information security and cybersecurity management, maintenance, support, and development services as described below:
1) Security Operations Center (SOC) service
2) Cyber Security Response Team (C-SIRT) service
3) Cyber Security Team (CST), which performs operational cyber security support tasks
The selected service provider's cybersecurity control center must operate in Finland and be capable of delivering the Services in Finnish. The service provider must also have Traficom's HAVARO capability and must act as a HAVARO service provider.
The contract will come into effect upon signing and will be valid for 3+1+1+1 years. Services are expected to commence with an implementation project conducted between August and December 2026, during which services will be transitioned to production in a coordinated manner. The obligation to produce services will start according to the approval procedure of the implementation project on a service-by-service basis at the end of 2026 or no later than 6 months after the start of the implementation project.
This procurement is subject to the special procurement law for units operating in the sectors of water and energy supply, transport, and postal services (Law 1398/2016).
