The subject of the procurement is a framework agreement for the planning, implementation, maintenance, and development services of technical control systems for road traffic, as detailed in the procurement documents.

The framework agreement is divided into four different areas:

• Area 1: Planning tasks for technical systems in road traffic
• Area 2: Implementation tasks for technical systems in road traffic
• Area 3: Maintenance tasks for technical systems in road traffic
• Area 4: Development tasks for technical systems in road traffic

Bids can be submitted for one or more areas.

CONTRACT PERIOD

The contract period is three years. After the fixed-term contract period, the contract may continue during the optional period, which is one year long. The framework agreement is valid for a maximum of four years. The contract ends automatically unless notice is given or the optional period is activated.

SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

The estimated maximum value excluding VAT for Area 1 is 8,000,000 euros, including the optional period. The estimated maximum value excluding VAT for Area 2 is 8,000,000 euros, including the optional period. The estimated maximum value excluding VAT for Area 3 is 12,000,000 euros, including the optional period. The estimated maximum value excluding VAT for Area 4 is 6,000,000 euros, including the optional period.

The total estimated maximum value excluding VAT for the entire framework agreement is 34,000,000 euros, including the optional period.
