The subject of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "public contract") is the enhancement of the cybersecurity of the contracting authority in accordance with Act No. 181/2014 Sb., on Cybersecurity and on the Amendment of Related Acts (the Cybersecurity Act), i.e., overall enhancement of the security of all its information and communication systems.
The scope of the public contract includes the implementation of the measures listed below (hereinafter referred to as "ID") to strengthen cybersecurity:
ID01 Cybersecurity Event Detection Tool (EDR/XDR) – Implementation of an advanced endpoint protection system with detection and response functions at endpoints (EDR), aimed at protecting the infrastructure of endpoints (workstations, servers) throughout the threat lifecycle, including XDR (Extended Detection and Response) technology.
ID02 Firewalls for Locations – 4 Next generation firewalls for separate locations of the contracting authority, network segmentation. The supplied firewalls will also include appropriate software including antimalware and implementation.
ID03 - Complete Log Lifecycle Management - to improve the collection, management, and protection of logs (event records), a centralized advanced log management tool will be implemented.
ID04 Secure Backup – Building a comprehensive solution for backing up all operational data of the contracting authority - acquisition of a new high-performance server including software and tape library.
ID05 Strengthening the Primary Data Center – redundancy - increasing availability, ensuring high availability of the primary data center by adding 3 high-performance servers and a disk array.
ID07 Strengthening Email Security - a security gateway in the form of a virtual appliance for complete protection of SMTP traffic (against malware, spam, and phishing).
Detailed specification of the subject of the public contract, including technical conditions in details necessary for processing the offer, is provided in the attachments of the procurement documentation.
