I. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation along with the design and commissioning of 2 photovoltaic installations and 6 photovoltaic installations with energy storage as part of the funding applications titled:
a) Development of decentralized energy based on renewable energy sources for public utility buildings in the Municipality of Zawiercie
b) Development of decentralized energy based on renewable energy sources for public utility buildings in the Municipality of Zawiercie 2
c) Development of decentralized energy based on renewable energy sources for public utility buildings in the Municipality of Zawiercie 3.
2. The subject of the contract includes the preparation of design documentation for 2 photovoltaic installations and 6 photovoltaic installations with energy storage for public utility buildings in the Municipality of Zawiercie, delivery of installation components, and conducting on-site installation along with accompanying infrastructure and connection to the internal power installation based on the prepared design documentation, along with commissioning of the installation and instruction.
3. The scope of work includes:
a. inventory of the electrical installation to the extent necessary for the design,
b. obtaining necessary agreements, decisions, including: applying for connection conditions for the purpose of connecting the generating source, construction permits,
c. development of design documentation and its agreement with the Ordering Party,
d. modernization and equipping the main distribution board of the building
e. construction of photovoltaic installations/storage facilities on roofs and ground with a total power of at least 297.12 kWp in the following quantities and locations:

k. training of the Ordering Party's user;
l. reporting the micro-installation to the energy company;
m. reporting the installation project reviewed by a fire protection expert to the relevant PSP unit and obtaining confirmation of the report;
n. development of as-built documentation.
