THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT is Increasing the efficiency and availability of e-services of the District Specialist Hospital in Stalowa Wola as an element of the Podkarpackie Medical Information System – PSIM along with delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the offer form – Annex 1 to the SWZ, price form – Annex 2 to the SWZ, technical parameters – Annex 3 to the SWZ and the requirements contained in the SWZ.
