The vehicles must be designed as purely low-floor vehicles that are barrier-free in accordance with applicable legal and normative requirements. This includes particularly a step-free low-floor entrance, a folding ramp, and designated spaces for wheelchairs and strollers. Under all operational conditions, a minimum range of 200 km in the urban traffic of Augsburg must be ensured. The vehicles are to be exclusively designed for depot charging via CCS connectors.
