The subject of public contracts awarded in the DPS may include the supply of passenger vehicles, including low-emission vehicles as defined by Act No. 360/2022 Coll., on the support of low-emission vehicles through the awarding of public contracts and public services in passenger transport. The contracted public contracts may also include services for servicing, repairs, or regular maintenance.
