1. The subject of the contract is: Delivery and implementation of solutions to enhance the level of computerization at the District Hospital in Radomsko. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into parts/packages from 1 to 6: Package No. 1 – Expansion of the HIS, RIS/PACS system - Annex No. 1/1 to the SWZ Package No. 2 – Implementation of the System for Electronic Document Workflow and Business Process Automation (SEOD) along with integration with the InfoMedica system - Annex No. 1/2 to the SWZ Package No. 3 – Expansion and integration of the hospital system with the ability for electronic signature of documents using signature collection devices and e-ID readers – purchase of a system for digitizing documents requiring the patient's signature in the medical facility integrated with HIS AMMS and ICPEN systems along with the delivery of devices for signature digitization and content display, training for staff, and support services. - Annex No. 1/3 to the SWZ Package No. 4 – Queue System along with integration with the HIS (AMMS) system - Annex No. 1/4 to the SWZ Package No. 5 – Delivery of computer hardware and expansion of IT infrastructure - Annex No. 1/5 to the SWZ Package No. 6 – Update of ESET software licenses for workstation protection and EDR/XDR - Annex No. 1/6 to the SWZ 3. The contracting authority allows for partial bids within the packages.
