As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to carry out all works necessary for the launch and implementation of the System, including: A. Delivery of integrated computer software to support the management and maintenance of road infrastructure and urban space, along with a mobile application, operating in a browser environment without the need for installing additional plugins. B. Data acquisition service, including: a. Construction of a reference road system based on a structure of nodal points and inter-nodal segments, enabling unambiguous location of events, objects, and decisions with respect to mileage and stationing. b. High-resolution spherical photogrammetry, allowing for panoramic images of the road space, synchronized with the vehicle's position, with full geometric correction and natural RGB colors. c. Development of the boundaries of the road lane. d. Inventory of objects and records of the road lane. e. Inventory of vertical and horizontal signage, traffic lights, and BRD devices. f. Digitization of existing administrative decisions concerning the occupation of the road lane and other proceedings, along with their migration to the system. g. Feeding data into the System. C. Creation of e-services. D. Implementation and maintenance of the System, including: a. preparation of an implementation plan, b. configuration and launch of the production environment, c. training of users and administrators, d. providing technical and substantive support for the required period. E. Provision of cloud hosting, including the full system environment and data related to the management of road infrastructure, engineering objects, and traffic organization. The Ordering Party expects that all implemented services will comply with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) in terms of best practices for IT service management to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and safety of IT operations, particularly in effective risk management, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
