Development of the Latvian "European Digital Identity Wallet" pilot

General agreement with one tenderer (winner of the procurement)

The purpose of the procurement is to develop the new European Digital Identity Wallet platform and mobile applications, and related functionalities (API for the integration of service providers' systems with the platform, mobile application) in accordance with the requirements of the state joint stock company "Latvian State Radio and Television Centre" and in accordance with the proposal for the eIDAS Regulation and the technical working group established by the European Commission (hereinafter "Toolbox") reference document (in English: "European Digital Identity Architecture and Reference Framework", hereinafter referred to as "ARF"). In addition to developing the basic functionality of the platform, the platform should provide functionality that allows you to make payments from account to account.
