Delivery of reagents and starter kit for closed system Next Seq 500 for performing methylation microchip analysis in solid tumors under project 3.1.13 “Multi-Omics” approach for molecular profiling of solid tumors in implementation of project BG-RRP-2.004-0004-C01: “Strategic scientific research and innovation program for the development of Medical University – Sofia”, funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, in two separate lots:
Separate Lot No. 1 Reagents for closed system Next Seq 500, (set compatible with Illumina) for performing methylation analysis via microchips;
Separate Lot No. 2 Starter kit for closed system Next Seq 500 for performing methylation microchip analysis in solid tumors. The separate Lots No. 1 and No. 2 are detailed in the Technical Specification – Annex No. 1, an integral part of this procurement documentation. Each separate lot contains a set of items.
In case a participant does not offer one or more reagents and/or one or more components from the respective separate lot in which he participates, he will be removed from the procedure for the specific separate lot, as the order refers to the supply of reagents and consumables for the closed system Next Seq 500.
If a participant offers one or all items from the separate lot in which he participates, but they do not meet the Client's requirements, it will be accepted that the complexity has not been fulfilled and the participant will be removed from the procedure for the specific separate lot.
Each participant may participate for one or for all separate lots described with a separate number in the Technical Specification – Annex No. 1. The Client does not place restrictions on the number of separate lots that will be awarded to a single contractor. Evaluation will be carried out separately for each separate lot.
Variants in the offer are not allowed. The quantities indicated in the Technical Specification are indicative and do not create obligations for Medical University – Sofia to purchase them in the projected volume.
Wherever a specific model, source or specific process is mentioned in the Technical Specification and/or in any other document pertaining to the procedure that characterizes the products offered by a specific potential contractor, as well as trademarks, patents, types or specific origins or productions that would confer advantages or eliminate certain persons or some products, it should be read as “or equivalent.” In the case of providing an equivalent, the Participant must prove with appropriate means that the offered solutions satisfy the requirements defined in an equivalent manner by the technical specification.
Deliveries of agreed goods are to be completed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of a written request from the Client. All offered products must comply with the requirements of the Law on Medical Devices, where applicable, as well as other regulatory acts applicable to the subject of the order, BDS, and current international standards.
Medical devices must have CE marking, valid for the duration of the public procurement contract. If the offered products in the respective sub-lots are not medical devices in the sense of the Law on Medical Devices, then the participant presents a certificate from the manufacturer indicating that he has classified the respective products not as medical devices but as spare parts or other products.
The supplied reagents and starter kit are to be delivered to Medical University - Sofia. The designated contractor is obliged to deliver products conforming to the technical specification, letters, declarations, or other official documents from the manufacturers of the respective products.
The delivered reagents and starter kit must bear labeling (date of manufacture, manufacturer, and expiry date, where applicable). The remaining shelf life of the delivered reagents from separate Lot No. 1 cannot be less than 70% (seventy percent) of the expiry date stated by the manufacturer on the packaging at the time of delivery.
