The order seeks a provider for training on implementing projects financed from public funds using artificial intelligence, covering various topics over two days for ten participants in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
Implementation of projects financed from public funds The subject of the order is to provide a place for training including open training covering the following subject scope: Implementation of projects financed from public funds using artificial intelligence – reporting, financing, accounting, control, changes, promotion, accessibility, recruitment procedures and recruitment documentation (16 teaching hours, over 2 days) – 10 places; Category: Service / Training services CPV: 80500000-9 Training services, 80511000-9 Personnel training services Place of execution: Dąbrowa Górnicza, Silesian Voivodeship Evaluation criteria of offers: - Criterion "Price" - The total amount offered by the Contractor – max 100 points (weight 100 %) according to the formula: Price criterion, where offers will be evaluated by the coefficient PC = (Cn/Co) x 100 points PC – number of points received, Cn – the lowest gross price, Co – gross price of the evaluated offer.
Conditions of participation: - Economic and financial situation: in terms of economic situation – being in an economic and financial situation ensuring the performance of the order, i.e. not undergoing liquidation, bankruptcy, nor being subject to restructuring proceedings, - Persons able to perform the order: regarding the possessed personnel potential – having appropriate staff necessary for proper execution of the subject of the order - confirmation of meeting the condition - attachment no. 1 to the request for proposals - Additional conditions of participation: in terms of personal data processing – having implemented, to the necessary extent, documentation related to personal data processing required by the GDPR regulations, having a data protection system for personal data located on internal and external servers, and the Data Protection Authority has not imposed a financial penalty on the Contractor due to non-compliance with security and personal data protection regulations related to their data processing - confirmation of meeting the condition - attachment no. 1 to the request for proposals;
