The contract involves the modernization and expansion of the hospital information system, laboratory information system, and integration of the PACS system at the General Hospital in Wysokie Mazowieckie, including data migration, training, and technical support.

The subject of the contract is the modernization of the hospital information system at the General Hospital in Wysokie Mazowieckie for the General Hospital in Wysokie Mazowieckie. The contractor participating in the tender should engage in the entire order or a specific part while maintaining the number assigned by the Ordering Party. Partial offers for selected items will be rejected.

1. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers (separately for each part of the order). 2. Description of the subject of the order, size and scope: The subject of the order consists of the following parts: PART NO. 1: MODERNIZATION AND EXPANSION OF THE HIS SYSTEM WITH IMPLEMENTATION AND EXTENSION OF THE EDM CATALOG WITH NEW DOCUMENT TEMPLATES, DIGITIZATION OF MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION, PURCHASE OF AN INTEGRATION LICENSE WITH THE LIS SYSTEM ON THE SIDE OF HIS MODULES, INTEGRATION OF HIS/RIS SYSTEMS WITH PUI PART NO. 2: MODERNIZATION AND EXPANSION OF THE LIS SYSTEM WITH 3-YEAR SUPPORT PART NO. 3: INTEGRATION OF THE PACS SYSTEM WITH PUI


LOT-0001
MODERNIZATION AND EXPANSION OF THE HIS SYSTEM WITH IMPLEMENTATION AND EXTENSION OF THE EDM CATALOG WITH NEW DOCUMENT TEMPLATES, DIGITIZATION OF MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION, PURCHASE OF AN INTEGRATION LICENSE WITH THE LIS SYSTEM ON THE SIDE OF HIS MODULES, INTEGRATION OF HIS/RIS SYSTEMS WITH PUI.
1. The subject of the order is the modernization and expansion of the Hospital Information System Optimed Standard by Comarch owned by the General Hospital in Wysokie Mazowieckie, as well as the standardization of IT software in Rehabilitation Clinics, Daily Rehabilitation Center, Rehabilitation Treatment Laboratory, and Physiotherapy Workshops (currently used system KS-Somed). 2. The scope of the order includes modernization and expansion of the hospital SI in understanding of: 1) granting a perpetual license, limited to 400 simultaneously working users to use the delivered System, 2) installation, configuration, implementation, and launch of the System, 3) migration of all data from Oracle databases, 4) integration with external systems used by the Ordering Party, 5) conducting onsite training for the medical staff of the Ordering Party, 6) conducting training for administering the modernized System for the IT staff of the Ordering Party, 7) providing unlimited access to training materials during and after the implementation, 8) providing warranty services and author supervision services, 9) providing technical support services. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2a to SWZ – DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER (OPZ) – functional requirements of the Hospital Information System HIS, which is an integral part of the SWZ.


LOT-0002
MODERNIZATION AND EXPANSION OF THE LIS SYSTEM WITH 3-YEAR SUPPORT.
1. The subject of the order is the modernization and expansion of the laboratory information system Cobas® Infinity by Roche Diagnostics owned by the General Hospital in Wysokie Mazowieckie. 2. The scope of the order includes modernization and expansion of the laboratory SI in understanding of: 1) granting a perpetual license for a minimum of 30 users, with the possibility of use on a minimum of 14 workstations and connecting a minimum of 14 analyzers. The number of licenses for the communication software should be understood as independent of specific types of devices. Replacement of an analyzer or changing the connection location, provided it does not increase the total number of connected devices – does not require changes in the existing licenses or obtaining new ones, 2) installation, configuration, implementation, and launch of the System, 3) integration with systems used by the Ordering Party, 4) conducting onsite training for the Ordering Party's staff, 5) conducting training for administering the modernized System for the IT staff of the Ordering Party, 6) providing warranty services and author supervision services, 7) providing technical support services. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2b to SWZ – DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER (OPZ) – functional requirements of the Hospital Information System LIS, which is an integral part of the SWZ.


LOT-0003
PART NO. 3: INTEGRATION OF THE PACS SYSTEM WITH PUI.
1. The subject of the order is the integration of the INFINITT PACS Imaging Diagnostics System (INFINITT Healthcare Co., Ltd. (Distributor: ResQmed Sp. z o. o.) with the Intelligent Services Platform. 2. The delivered solution must support the process of automatic transmission of image data from diagnostic devices to the Intelligent Services Platform and the receipt of results from commissioned analyzes performed using AI. 3. The delivered solution must comply with the integration guidelines with the PUI platform, which have been published on the e-Health Center website (ezdrowie.gov.pl). 4. The scope of the order also includes: 1) conducting training for users and administrators of the Ordering Party, 2) providing warranty services and author supervision services, 3) providing technical support services. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2c to SWZ – DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER (OPZ) – functional requirements for the integration of the PACS system with PUI, which is an integral part of the SWZ.
