Procurement of a Mobile Flood and Heavy Rain Protection System.
• Total system length at least 600 m, consisting of individual modules for arbitrary division into individual segments/protection systems
• Protection height at least 90 cm, the system weight must be adjustable to different protection heights (e.g. reduction of the load on a dike crown at reduced protection height)
• Adaptation of the alignment of the protection line to the terrain (possibility of forming, for example, rings and curves)
• Transport capability of individual modules by a maximum of two persons (transport weight per module a maximum of 30 kg)
• The protection system must consist of water containers (individual modules) and a sealing film (including necessary weighting materials), and the water containers must be able to be filled with water (including dirty water) but also other materials (for example, gravel or sand)
• After use in flood/heavy rain events, the essential module components (water containers) must be easily cleaned and reusable after drying
• Any consumables must be provided for a second use in case of consumption during the first use, the same applies to necessary spare parts (any closing or connecting elements)
• Individual modules must also be usable as fire water intermediate containers, catch basins, storage containers or as a mobile barrier at events
• Assembly when filling with water without additional tools/electrical devices (excluding water pump and hoses)
• Module storage on transport frames/pallets
• The system must be able to be set up without the use of ground anchors/nails and be operational.
