The subject of this procurement procedure is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for project works and engineering activities (hereinafter referred to as “DPS”) in accordance with § 139 and subsequent provisions of the law. The contracting authority expects to award public contracts in the DPS at unspecified irregular intervals according to the operational needs of the contracting authority.
The subject of the public contracts awarded in the DPS will be the development of project documentation for the contracting authority's investment actions at the levels of DSP/DOS and PDPS and the associated engineering activities. The conditions of performance, including business and contractual terms, will be detailed in each invitation to submit tenders in accordance with § 141 of the law.
