This framework agreement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 (rental of a DIAB network and control system) This lot concerns operational rental, preventive and corrective maintenance, insurance, training, and complete operational support for the police zone. The supplier shall provide, for the entire duration of the contract, a compliant and operational DIAB system, including control systems, as well as all necessary accessories, software licenses, and updates, ensuring continuity of service and compliance with applicable regulations. Lot 2 (training of drone pilots) This lot includes all necessary training for operational members of the police services who will be responsible for operating the DIAB system over the metropolitan area in the context of their missions. The framework agreement has a maximum duration of four (4) years. The order of magnitude of the contract is described as follows: - The territory of the Brussels Capital Ixelles police zone covers approximately 39 km²; this area broadly corresponds to the zone that will be covered under this contract. - Other police zones in the Brussels-Capital Region may, if necessary, place one or more additional orders to cover the rest of the territory of the Brussels-Capital Region (approximately 122 km²).

The supplier shall provide a compliant and deployable DIAB system, including controls, for the duration of the agreement, as well as all necessary accessories, software licenses, and updates, ensuring continuity of service and compliance with applicable regulations. Lot 2 (training for drone pilots) This lot includes all necessary training for operational police personnel who will be responsible for operating the DIAB system over the metropolitan area (in all their assignments). The framework agreement has a duration of a maximum of four (4) years. The order of magnitude of the contract is described as follows: - The territory of the Brussels-Capital Police Zone Ixelles is approximately 39 km²; this area corresponds to what will primarily be ordered in the context of this contract. - Other police zones in the Brussels-Capital Region may, by extension, place one or more orders to cover the remaining territory of the Brussels-Capital Region (approximately 122 km²).
