The acquisition aims to provide subscriptions for security, updates, signatures, and video conferencing. The contractor will ensure the configuration, installation, and commissioning of the products, making all necessary adjustments for optimal performance. Additionally, they will perform functional tests, train designated personnel, and provide support materials. During the contract period and the warranty, they will offer free technical support for installation and operation.
Thus, this acquisition seeks to achieve the following deliverables:

Clarification schedule:
The number of days before the deadline for submitting bids within which clarifications can be requested: 21 days
NOTE: According to Article 161 of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, as long as the clarifications are requested in a timely manner, the contracting authority's response to these requests will be published in SEAP no later than the 11th day before the established deadline for submitting bids/candidacies (see the deadlines in the participation announcement published in SEAP).
The consolidated response to the clarifications submitted by economic operators will be published in S.E.A.P. at www.e-licitatie.ro, without revealing the identity of the person who requested the clarifications.
