The Legal Register Centre has started the preparation of the tendering process for a survey tool. The purpose of this advance notice is to map out suppliers interested in providing SaaS services for the survey tool and to offer the procuring unit an opportunity to engage in market dialogue with suppliers interested in the tender. Through market dialogue, the procuring unit aims to capture the views of the players in the market so that the materials, selected solutions, and proposed requirements for the upcoming tender align with the available offerings, expert skills, and other general conditions in the market.
Participation
If your company is interested in the upcoming tender and would like to participate in the market mapping for the survey tool, we ask you to express your interest by contacting ork_hankinnat@om.fi by August 3, 2025. Registering does not bind the supplier to participate in later discussions regarding market dialogue, nor does it affect participation in the upcoming tender. No compensation will be paid for participating in the market dialogue. The procuring unit will contact the suppliers who have expressed their interest by the end of August or September 2025.
Schedule
The tender for the survey tool is expected to be published in the fall or early winter of 2025. August is a crucial period for the upcoming market dialogue, during which we hope to receive feedback on the materials we produce from suppliers interested in the tender. Note!
