Description:
The service concession involves financing, supplying, installing, operating, and maintaining electric vehicle charging stations in the public domain of the City of Limbourg, with the concessionaire managing associated risks and revenues.
Service concession for financing, supply, installation, connection, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and, if necessary, replacement of electric vehicle charging stations on the public domain of the City of Limbourg.
Lot 1: 2026-236 - 1 This service concession aims at financing, supply, installation, connection, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and, if applicable, replacement of electric vehicle charging infrastructure on the public domain of the City of Limbourg.
The concession covers the deployment of the charging infrastructures provided for in the special specifications. It also includes, under the conditions set out therein, the possibility of deploying additional infrastructure during the first three years of the concession.
The concessionaire assumes the risks related to the operation of the concession and is mainly remunerated by the revenues collected from the users of the charging infrastructure, in accordance with the special specifications.
The services notably include studies, administrative procedures, installation and connection works, commissioning, maintenance of the infrastructure, their operation as well as their dismantling or transfer at the end of the concession, according to the terms provided by the special specifications.
